Food grade diatomaceous earth is a sedimentary rock which crumbles into a fine, soft, white powder, composed of fossilized marine phytoplankton from freshwater lakes. Commonlyused for many purposes from internal cleansing, to clay face masks, to household and garden pest control.
If you are just beginning your diatomaceous earth journey, start with a teaspoon mixed in liquid, once a day. Slowly increase to twice a day, and then slowly increase the amount taken, up to a heaping tablespoon, and up to three times a day. For every teaspoon taken in liquid, follow by drinking an equal amount of water.
Sprinkle in affected areas, leave 2-3 days and vaccuum up.
